Muscle Pain Relief

Many people suffer from chronic muscle pain. For a number of reasons, our bodies get tight and restrict our range of motion. We can’t move in a comfortable way and can’t enjoy our lives.  Many times our restrictions are from overuse or lack-of-use of our bodies, surgeries or previous mental, physical and/or emotional injuries.

Susan Fleming Healthy Living CoachI work with people to help release these restrictions through various methods such as massage, myofascial release, stretches, and client movement.

Depending on the person and their tightness, one session might be enough to help with their situation or a series of sessions may be required to achieve better mobility.

Even if you don’t have an acute pain, I highly suggest you have a regular session of chronic muscle pain relief as a preventative, to help the body not get tight in the first place.

These sessions help you to get and stay healthy by opening the body to self healing. The average session usually lasts in the body for 2-3 weeks.

Every person is different and everyone has a unique lifestyle. As you become better at knowing your own body by having chronic muscle pain relief sessions, you will know what your body needs and then you can schedule accordingly.

Tip of the Day

  • Don't forget to hydrate!
    It does not come naturally for me to drink water all day long. I have to make myself drink more water. Sometimes I wait until I am thirsty to drink water. That is not the best way to stay hydrated – we should drink water BEFORE we are really thirsty to keep our body working at its optimal level.
