Wellness Coaching

Overall wellness has always been at the core of my practice and continues now.   With that in mind, I am pleased to announce that I now offer personalized online wellness sessions for my clients to help with aches/pain management and proactive healthy lifestyle coaching. Sessions are customized to your needs.  

Typical sessions covering things like:

  • stretching
  • healthy food choices
  • customizing my famous green drink
  • exercises to keep joints strong and the body as pain free as possible
  • foam rolling techniques
  • general mobility programs
  • balancing exercises to improve sense of sure footedness
  • and many more health tips just for you.

Any wellness questions you have will be private since you will have your own personal health coach at home via your computer, tablet or phone. You can finally get clear on how to have a health routine at home and then you can carry it on as the shelter in place is lifted. It is a great time to make new changes that will last long into the future. New habits for a new life.

It is required that your first wellness session be at least 30 minutes long. After that you can book at 15 or 30 minute increments.

Tip of the Day

  • Don't forget to hydrate!
    It does not come naturally for me to drink water all day long. I have to make myself drink more water. Sometimes I wait until I am thirsty to drink water. That is not the best way to stay hydrated – we should drink water BEFORE we are really thirsty to keep our body working at its optimal level.
